Words in the censored list dont count for reps? My member gave a rep with a censored word and it wasnt censored....

That's different; that's a plugin. This is a core feature.

Exactly, I think is crazy they possibly overlooked this.
Just report it...?? Not sure why it's 'crazy' it's there, it's just a bug, report it and we'll fix it.

There is a forum on the index called 'Bug Reports', click that, takes you right to it...
To be fair, the tracker is quite confusing and inconvenient to report to for people who aren't used to that sort of thing. It's probably easier for the devs but the old system was easier for users, I think.
