I have several IP ranges blocked/banned. I was wondering what the blocked user actually sees upon visiting the forum?

I would like to automatically redirect visits from those IP's to a website of my choice. I cannot seem to find the right module where the IP check is taking place against the banned list. I can write the php code, but just can't find what file to edit.

The members.php file has the check for duplicate IP's, but I don't see anything for banned IP's. I believe I'm looking in the wrong file or I just don't understand the process tree of the myBB code files well enough.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As for the banned redirect, I'm not sure, I do believe it's not possible.

Ok, I will search all the files for that text string. Once I find that file I can modify it to do what I need. (hopefully)
