how to make google bot visit your forum all the time, so for example i write some keywords in my forum and in a few minutes you can thrack down the forum link by writing those keywords in google??

Google indexes a lot of sites. You cant force it to visit your site all the time. Only a number of websites get indexed within two minutes after content has been changed or added. And those websites generate a lot of traffic!

I usually see a google bot every 15 minutes or so...
I don't see your problem really ?

if your forum is very active then google will visit more, less active, google will visit after some time.
