MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql8.000webhost.com' (4)
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

how can i fix this problem

Check your database details are correct in ./inc/config.php, if they are, you'll need to ask your host.

000webhost is the fail. Find a better host than them.
