Hey guys!
This has been annoying me for a while! I got BlackEvo (i think) skin, and id like to put the welcome panel under the logo, and strecth it out like the navbar (so the items in it are next to each other in 1 row). I think i managed to put it under the logo, but i dont know which template i have to edit to stretch it out. Here is a pic:

actually, can you guys just tell me how to decrease the distance between the +View New Posts" "Private Messages" etc row... and the bottom of the welcome panel?
so basically, to do the opposite of this:
