Can normal mods view user's IP addresses? If yes, how do I disallow that? I want only supermods to have this ability, not normal ones.

if you are talking about the IPs in the who's online page, then when you are editing a certain group's settings in Manage Groups under the Admin CP
Make sure not to select Can View IP Addresses on Who's Online

You have to go into Admin CP --> Manage Forums --> Click on the Subforums/Moderators button --> Edit the moderator and there's a permission for "View IPs" and you need to disable that (for each mod).
