D-r-a-g-o-n Pm'ed it to me, and I have mine all set up.
If you don't have any other mods on your portal, or haven't edited the file in the past, you could use my attachment, which has the multiple forums on the portal.

I think the ability to select on the post itself wether to put it on the portal would be a better idea. I saw this implemented in PHPBB2 Plus. It was really nice
