When the admin deletes a forum from the main control panel, it would be nice have a popup that offers to move all the message to another forum. Or if that is too much, a popup that reminds them all their messages will be lost unless they move them using moderation tools.

Definitely agreed. I've had uses for this and was a little disappointed when it wasn't there.
