How do i get rid of the loading page:

how do i get that to go away and go straight to wherever the person chooses?

Turn of freindly URL redirection in the Configuration

If you want to remove these disable the friendly URL redirection by

ACP>> Configuration>> Server and Optimization Options>> Friendly Redirection Pages >> *Off*
