Is there any plugin that allows to qoute selected text in quick reply form when you are looking a thread?

Why this button is about ?

I you click this icon and "Quote these posts now", it will be copy all text of message. I ask question about copying only selected text.

No, there's no way to do this as far as I know. And I find it an unusually demanding request.

Press quote and delete the text you don't want. It's not that hard. :/

Or you could just copy the text, and insert it between quote tags.
