For 3. you will need to contact the theme author and check its ok to remove the copyright.

Please stop posting in all capital letters, it's annoying.

1. That's the board name, you can change it in ACP >> Configuration >> General Configuration

2. Post the contents of your postbit_offline template.

3. No one is going to tell you that unless you have the permission of the theme author.

Ther is no need to shout and write in capitals all the time.
you need to get permission before you worry about where to remove it.

Revert that template to original.
