Hello I currently have noticed that my MyBB copy is showing up in Search Engines, which is not a bad thing at all, it just shows every forum name etc, which shows clutter and disorganization. Anyone know any SEO tricks for MyBB to just show the index.php of the MyBB copy on the community?

Nope, and if you try to hide stuff from search engines, you'll be penalized.
