I am working on facebook connect plugin. However,as i am on a free hosting package, json decode and cURl etc doesn't work on it.

I will need a premium host for 1 or 2 month to develop my plugin fully. If you got a test forum, it would be cool if you could hand it over to me with a limited separate ftp access.

Have you tried tikolah Nayar? I'm sure cURL and json decode are enabled on their servers.
