i want, the user who post the thread can also view his pending posts. which is not yet approved by moderator, if moderator reply on post, like change your post or add more description, the thread initiator can view the reply and then at the end moderator delete the own comments and publish the thread for other users, is there any such core functionality?

not yet, may be a plugin is needed and i also recommend this because, when a user creates a thread in moderated forum, his topic disappears until a mod approves and its a problem that the user may create duplicate threads thinking his previous thread is not submitted and if suppose mod requires the author to edit, he may not contact the user with his original thread that needs to be edited.
