Hello guys. How do I make a forum a redirecting link like when someone click on the "General Discussion" forum topic on the board index, it goes directly to another site?

My other question is how do I make the board index show how many users are viewing each forum topic on the board index like vBulletin. I seen people have this before. Please help me! thanks!
