I need to introduce a custom profile field with the following permissions or properties:

1. Compulsory to be filled on registration
   
2. Cannot be edited by the user
   
3. Cannot be seen by other members
   

The problem is that if its "hidden" on profile page, it disappears in registration form. Isn't this something weird?

If it's hidden, it's supposed to be something staff use; if they can't edit it, they can't edit it anywhere, which includes the registration form. You'll need a plugin if you want them to be able to set it on registration but never edit it after that.
