I'm on a new server. How can i synchronize time with mybb?

Synchronize it...?? Not sure what you're getting at. If the time on the server is wrong there's nothing we can do about it.
Doesn't MyBB use the server clock for time? Make sure you have your time zone set in your user control panel.
^ Yes. Also, you could ask your host to change the server timezone (or do it yourself)
That's an openVZ system, so i can't change the time on my vps.

No, if the time is wrong on the server, you'll need to fix that, otherwise all the timezones are going to be out. You must be able to change the time somehow, or get someone else to do it. Is having more control of the server not part of the point of having a VPS...??
Time zone changed now to the correct one, but mybb shows wrong date again.
