REPAIR TABLE `mybb_thdposts`;

If that doesn't work, or it keeps happening, ask your host.

I mean, how did you know that the REPAIR TABLE command is the real? i don't know anything about mysql

Well, I asume that he actually does.

People aren't on the support team unless they actually know this stuff. Matt's Support Lead so that means he has to know about every little thing to help users with.

Because I just know it...?? Not really sure what sort of answer you're expecting to that. I know it's that because I've learnt it's that.
