Deny administrators remove messages and theards (even own messages or theards) how can i this ?

i cleared this options but i continue to have acces to remove my theards messages and my users also
If they're admins they have super moderators powers too. Highly unusual to want to stop an admin deleting content, which is why they automatically have access to do it.
Admins are meant to manage the whole forum. If you want to remove an admin's deleting content power then ask yourself why that user is admin in the first place ...

Yes, you'll need a plugin, because default functionality won't allow this.

Log into your Admin-CP, and move them into the "Moderator" group. Just "Moderator", not "Global Moderator".
Then, grant the group "Moderator" Permissions to each Forum Category manually.
Remove the "Delete" permissions & anything else you don't want them to have.
