I was wondering if MyBB could include a feature where you can moderate single threads in a subforum without moderating all of them? I looked for a plug in in 1.6 but I found no plug in unless I overlooked it.
Interesting request that I can see some uses for honestly. Although think would better fit as a plugin as well.
As in give a user moderator powers to a single thread??
Indeed, the general feature to "moderate your own threads" in a certain forum would also be nice. I know some forums that have this.

You can have individual subforums moderated, but to the best of my knowledge, you can't do just one thread and have the rest be nonmoderated. I'd rather not have to have one subforum for all individual threads I want moderated.
@Matt: Basically I want to have it where one individual thread replies must be approved before they appear, but I don't want the whole subforum to be that way.
... use the checkbox to the far right of the thread listing maybe?
