I have a theme though its stuck in a Cpanel database backup. Anyone with an account that can store it is welcome to a copy if i can get my hands back on the XML file.

I think direct admin can do this? IF nobody responds by the morning I'll give it a go for you

While it was a cPanel backup it could only be restored with WHM (or /scripts/restorepkg). I've replied to your PM with the info.
