No templates on any page, really.

What I did was delete my index.php while trying to do something, then upload a new one from a fresh 1.6 download; and now this. This is fixable, right?

Weird... did yours happen to be a different version?
If it wasn't 1.6, then that might be the issue.

Yes it could be, save a copy of the code to notepad or something & revert to the original template. See if that corrects it.

Your URL is set to http://penpoint.org/index.php. Should be just the root url (http://penpoint.org/).
