I've read all the how to make a theme tutorials and still have no idea how to do it. Would anyone be willing to assist and create a theme for me?

For example, what is your site about? What type of design are you looking for? Is this free or paid? etc.

I'd prefer free, but I understand that most people might not be willing to do it for free.
