I am starting a new theme.
When I create new theme and start customizing it I go to edit the templates and I have to make new ones for the theme... Now how do I tie the theme and the templates together so they work, when I use the template and add CSS I can add it to the templates?

Under the settings for the theme you made, you can select which template set it uses in one of the dropdown menu's. IS that what you meant?
