I love the picture at the top. The general theme is good. I'm a little tired of black and grey, but they are really easy to design with. I personally don't like the "newest posts" section at the top of those themes. It makes it look very busy. Just my two cents.

You're off to a great start. That's a pretty cool title as well. CODOps! The statistics box doesn't really fit in well with your theme but I can see how it will be useful from time to time.

Why can a guest only view a few forums?? IMO, you should really open your hidden forums to all users instead of restricting them for guests.

no they can only see some forums so that they just dont view the forums as a guest then leave, it makes them join to see the content
