suggest me any cheap server and fast that allow hacking to, host my Forum site ?
im totally new to This so please help .

If you want to start a hacking forum, then this is not the forum to ask for suggestions of where to host it.
In the same way we don't support hacking forums in the support forum, we're not going to help you find a host for one. There are plenty of other places you can ask this question.
