Reuploaded the misc.php and still not working. What I might be safer off doing is to reinstall MyBB, would you guys recommend that?
Not really, the database isn't going to have an effect on this.
Run the File Verification check in the Tools & Maintenance section, are any files edited??

inc/languages/english/global.lang.php
They were the only two
Reupload ./inc/init.php from a fresh download.
I did that, but it didn't seem to work. I rebuilt the cache on everything. :/
Oh well. We have tried everything....I might aswell stick with it.

Ok, so after some bashing at it, I decided to install a new copy of 1.6.1 and just copy the /inc/config.php from the main site to the new one and it still gives me this problem.
If any member of MyBB staff would like to access the ACP, I will make this happen.
