Should a banned member still be allowed to advertise his/her account on mybb.com ?

Ive spotted one ex-member that is currently advertising there forum.

@uncontrol: I believe so Mark is usually on the up and up on the ghazal happenings.

I believe she claimed it was a friend or a brother of her, so you can do the math.

Why where those members banned anyway? Backdoored plugins?
