I installed quite a few plug-ins with 2 themes installed before, Now when I installed new themes, the plugins stopped working in them, but they work fine for the themes installed before the installation of plugins, so is their anyway I can update new theme to support the plug-ins installed before.

Using MyBB 1.6
All Plug-ins are updated.

just deactivate and reactivate plugins it should update all the theme templates.

Make your theme as "Default" and then Install plugins. It should work for that theme, but if you want to use them on all themes, then you might have add variables in the templates i those plugins have.
