Go to global.css and find .trow1 and .trow2 and change their colors.

Go into the themes section > find .trow1 and .trow2 > change color: #ffffff for example to color: #000000

Try this:

Put the description in the middle. Also, change #ffffff to whatever you want (colour).

Yes, that's what he means.

EDIT: Just checked, my answer does work. <font color="#fff"> </font> will change the colour of the section description.
