On of my moderators try to delete a post but that was impossible.
All setting are added that she has got the rights to do this but it won't work.
She told me that it only works when she make changes in the programm CCleaner.
Anybody an idea what is wrong???

Why exactly can't they do it?? No button?? Error message?? What??

if it only works after running CCleaner, then its a cache issue. When the delete appears to have failed to happen, force a browser refresh by pressing Shift+F5
