Ummm, going through the member list, it looks pretty spammy. And not too many have activated their account either. Along with the fact most forums were last posted in back in October, and there is no custom theme, I would probably work on it some more then try to sell it. The forum has great potential, and I think that with some hard work you could get much more for it in the future.
