Okay, so I recently purchased a new domain name and had my hosting configured where it would work with my new domain. In doing this, it completely screwed my Mybb up. None of the links work, the theme isnt working, etc...

Is there any way to fix this problem without having to reinstall Mybb?

You'll need to change your Board URL and cookies ettings, you should really have done this before you changed the URL. You'll need to edit them in ./inc/settings.php, and then in the ACP afterwards.
