The GMT that my forum shows is 2 hours slower than the real GMT. How can I change it so that it matches?
User CP >> Edit Options >> Date and Time Options >> Time Zone

No, its not a timezone issue.
GMT is when the timezone is 0. Greenwich Meridian Time. GMT should be correct unless your server time is out..

Chris already said that the forums use the GMT from which it is the Greenwhich Meridian Time Zone.
The server time is out...
Theres always the option of talking to your host.
