Not unless you make changes to the files, but if you've got cookie problems, you'll still need to fix that.
What's your actual URL?? Lock the install folder so I can check your settings.

When I lock the install folder, it gives me "Internal error: Your board is not upgraded" or something.

Is it possible the Cookie problem occured when I switched hosts?
Edit: I reuploaded 1.4 so I can fix the cookies error. What should I try?
EDIT:
It seems that:
http://www.myforum.net/forum/
will auto log you in, but
http://myforum.net/forum/
wont...
Also, what should the following be set to?
Board URL (currently:
http://myforum.net/forum)
Cookie Domain (currently .myforum.net)
Cookie Path (currently /forum/)
I changed some of the cookie settings (Domain/path), and it seems to be working.
