Every time I try to make a quick edit it loads than its says ;

This means you are missing your /xmlhttp.php, did you upload it when you uploaded and installed mybb?

I dont remember , but is the a way I can upload it ?

Yes, just upload it the same way you uploaded the files when you installed MyBB.
