I changed the forum URL because it was in the wrong directory now it will not let me log in with the password and user name I installed it with. Its kicked me out of Admin status to normal registered user. All I did was move the contents of the Upload folder to another directory.
You're still an admin then as far as I can tell, read the sticky thread I linked to above.
Won't do any good. Cannot get to the ACP to change anything.

Actually read it.
You clearly haven't read the thread at all, as it clearly says to edit the settings in ./inc/settings.php, and then do it in the ACP after.
I read it and fixed it thats the reason I marked this problem solved. Appreciate the help.
