My forum isnt sending emails, but i have a valid email put into the general settings were it asks to imput the admin email and CC email, and mailto: email...

got any suggestions on what the problem could be and how to fix it?

Are you using smtp or php mail? find this out in your mail settings. If its php mail, this means that your host has yet or does not want to enable php mail() function. If that is true you will have to use smtp or switch hosts.
