Im trying to back up my database but this error pops up

Untick the option to GZip compress the backup.

But im told to do this though im switching server host

If your host doesn't support, it, they don't support it. You'll either need to backup as a plain text file, or backup via phpMyAdmin.

I found out how to fix it thanks for any support.. if you are having the same problem as me users goto configuaration>server and optimization options>Use GZip Page Compression?>Yes
