Pros: Professional look, nice choice of categories and clever layout. Management seems to be a on the right track to a well structured forum. Nice domain name too, with nice logo. Good job with RSS Feed integration.
Cons: Unoriginal and needs much more content. Adding more will boost your overall score. Arcade is unnecessary and out of context.

Yea I want to add a bit more, but I want to get some posts and content flowing through before adding more.
Pretty nice forum, a good theme and you seem to have a good community. However, as suggest some categories/forums for better discussion may be better. You can probably spare the additions.
And, if you'd like someone to interview feel free to drop me a pm.

Thought I would mention this site/forum is no longer operating with a MyBB installed forum its now running of phpBB so It might want to be closed or something.
