Make sure that all the files are in place, where they are supposed to be. This problem is fixed in the latest version of the plugin.

One hundred robot user register to my forum per day so I am very need this plugin, but I can't change security questions because, there aren't change buttons in my Admin panel. I have enclosed a printcreent.

This is a hungarian forum and I need hungarian security question. My forum is MyBB 1.6.3.

You're missing the language files. I am not aware of anyone releasing a hungarian language for this plugin so you might have to just use the english one or request someone to translate it for you in to hungarian.
