Give us something to post about, post around every forum. Tell your friends so there is a starting community, and then come back and see. Also, try to get a TLD - that'll help tremendously. Finally the most important thing to do: be original. Right now you're just 'another technology forum.' Give us something they don't have.
Pros: Login with Facebook.
Cons: No content, horrific logo that reminds me more of a child's coloring book website than a technophilliac discussion board. No community, no competitive edge. A waste of space on the Internet.
