I need a Point System Plugin for mybb 1.4.1.3
I tried to use the NewPoints 1.7 Plugin but it's incompatible with my mybb version.
Can any-one give me a link?

Just change the compatibility of that plugin from;
"compatibility" => "16*",
to;
"compatibility" => "14*",
can I do that with Deamweaver?
Just open the plugin file, either from the CPanel or if you didn't uploaded yet, then go to open file right from the Dreamweaver or NotePad++

Yes.
You should really use MyBB 1.6, it has more features than 1.4 and 1.4 will be EOL'd for support soon.
Actually, NewPoints 1.7 should not be compatible with 1.6, other things have changed besides the compatibility numbers.
