And what exactly do you want it to do...??

IIRC, theme.php was a file hackers used to gain access to your server. I'm sure that file was removed in 1.6 because of this.

Plus, I have no idea what you are trying to accomplish.

Par exemple -> url -> www.mysite/test.xml name -> afresh black.

I just want to choose the theme from a list.
