Im Looking For a Chat Box That Can Be Added To a Seprate Page, I Dont Want It On The Board Index Page I Want It on The Chat Box Page How Can i Do This Or What Chatbox Can i Use?

It won't necessarily be in the index it'd be in the header/footer. Also, you'd be looking at creating a page from html. If you don't want it on your forum you'll need to find your own chatbox - we can't help. But, there are chatbox plugins.

You don't need to start every sentence with a capital letter ......
