Upload it into Phpmyadmin

my host dont have thta option though

Well, what do they have? They must be a pretty bad host. If you want hosting I can provide it - and we support Mybb.

*looks down at signature* Yeah it's free. And, we give support to all clients. Paid clients get better support and such, but free are still valued.

another question do you offer email accounts?? and how do you host things like that i want to learn how to host website's for people.

We do offer email, it comes with cpanel. And, it costs a lot of money and you need a lot of knowledge to run a webhost.
