Step 1 - Don't use caps in titles, it's annoying.
Your images & code is broken in he header.
What plugins did you use?

Turn off the header announcement bar plugin.
It's a CSS problem I think... Did you edit any Css?
Or, you know what, it could be a div problem, do you have divs properly opened/closed?
