I tried to send myself a mail to restore the password. The mail is not sent, the page goes to member.php page where this error appears:



EMAIL SETTINGS
Email sending: SMTP email
Port: 25
email server: srvmail
Add message ID in mail headers: Yes

Mybb 1.6 on Apache/Windows server. I had the same problem with Mybb 1.4.

URL for your forum?? Never seen this issue come up before. Can you run this test and paste the output??

We have fixed the issue by simply switching to PHP Mail, but we would like to use SMTP mail if we could.
BTW, the test you pointed me at runs successfully.
