Why aren't my mods showing up? I had pro stats and newtopic from index, but I can't see them anymore. It is like someone deleted them.

Did you install a new theme? If so, they wont appear there.

you are going to have to go through and de-activate each plugin and then re-activate each plugin. it takes like 5 secs Big Grin
