Theme is rather bland for a webmaster forum (I don't mean the color scheme I mean the overall feel - it's just CSS changes). I don't have any suggestions other than a complete overhaul of the theme.

I like the simplicity of the design. It's not cluttered and yet different to the conventional blues, blacks and grey!
